Description: This is a MICHAEL JORDAN SGC POP 1 prototype was issued singly as well as in a complete sheet. The cards were mailed out to prospective dealers and members of the media to show the unique new design of the inaugural SkyBox issue. The cards are distinguishable by the presence of a red diagonal "prototype" line cutting across the upper left corner of the front. There is NO way to pull this card from a pack of any source, due to the company "skybox" sending them to card dealers before the release of the regular cards in 1990. Most out there are already damaged due to being wedged in between cardboard slits...put faint lines in the upper right and bottom left of the card.
