This set represents the last decade of the traditional Washington Quarter design as the State quarters began in 1999 and were followed by the National Park quarters in 2010. The coins have been sourced directly from mint proof sets for the proofs and mint sets for the BU coins (still in original mint plastic packaging as pictured) and are high grade. I carefully take the proofs directly from the original mint packaging with gloves. Long time collectors know that the highest quality business strike coins can be found in mint set coins and not from rolled coins.
