His entire estate was kept in perfect condition, not just his records. Most of the records are unused or lightly used, and the cardboard is still close to how these records looked when they were new in the 1970s and 1980s. All are original from the decade they were first produced, and are likely all first pressings. The inner papers holding the record are all included and are also are in great condition, but these tend to have slight bends or little tears here and there. Top grade collector condition.
