As a police officer watches, Anthony Aspromonte, owner of the Shell station at Steuben St. and Hylan Blvd., proves to a group of irate customers that the well is dry and he has no gasoline to sell. They waited in line since midnight Saturday and some said they say a gasoline truck deliver fuel. Police contacted the owner and he proved his tanks were dry. Photo measures 9 x 8 inches.
