Description: Here we have a beautifully rainbow toned 1968 San Francisco Washington quarter. The toning on this quarter was the result the floods that came through in hurricane Helene. My booths at my local antique store got swept away but managed to find my showcase and salvage my coins in the mud and as a result beautifully toned some of the coins.
