Will just need a light cleaning Has2cracks on spokes atseam where thehorn ring goes when assembled. One crack goes all the way around and the other one is about 1/2 inch long. Thisis very common ares for cracks on these wheels. See photos. Not bent Never ever been mounted You can't even come close torestoringa wheel for what this cost.
