1949 Ford Passenger Car Steering Wheel (Original, no Repop)

Description: RC124,24This listing is for a Very Nice Original 1949 Ford Passenger Car Steering Wheel. This item has not been restored but has been painted and used on a Blue 1949 Custom Club Coupe. This wheel presents very well, but don't be fooled it does carry flaws. There are some stress cracks appearing in where the center bar connects to the ring on both sides, a crack in the 1 o'clock position, a hairline crack about 2 o'clock, a scratch in the chrome horn ring seen in picture number 10, and some crazing in the clear plastic center cap. It was very difficult to get a photo of the crazing but in the end I prevailed. No surprises, comes with spring, mounting nut, and horn wiring harness.
