This is perfect for the "Gasser" builder who wants an authentic look of the 1960s but will require a little work to level these parts out for a show car. King Kong Kohler-Vasser Thames was made from Paul’s steel Thames Kohler’s George Breiting built the frame and mounted the body. Original build used a Ford Hemi engine. The first body out of this mold was chopped for King Kong by 1 1/2” in the rear (at the belt line) and 2 ½” at the windshield. The Anglia molds were “pulled” from the “Blair Speed Shop” Anglia in late 1967 by Paul Hinkle at “Contemporary Fiberglass” about 5 blocks from the original Irwindale Raceway in Irwindale, California.
