The ad is approximately: 5.5"x 12.75" This ad is in good condition, although it could have some slightly rough edges, just from normal wear and tear from normal handling over many years. If there are any flaws, it's mild and if you are planning to have the ad matted and/or framed it shouldn't be visible at all!! All paper (unless archival paper) darkens with age due to oxidation which can also cause a very slight musty "old book" smell. Vintage print ads can make us feel nostalgic and can put a sneaky smile on our faces reminding us of the "simpler times"!
