The black case and receiver have marks, scratches, and spots from use but no chips or cracks. They also has some paint roller spray specks. The rubber feet are a bit hard from age. The rotary dial turns and returns smoothly. The hang up buttons operate as they should. The coating on the coil cord is in good condition but the cord does have some dust and dirt deposits on it.
