This letter is hand written and signed by Wm. Baxter, Gen. Solr.(general solicitor). CONDITION: It has normal letter folds, some toning that is visible in the scan, three file holes at the top but, this letterhead is still in darn good condition. Sold AS IS in the scan. The little white "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
