Description: Rare cast-iron working mechanical bank. Two mason workers. You put a coin into the shovel, press down on the lever and it dumps it into the bank. The bottom latch is missing, Paint is worn, some rust. the left arm of the man holding the shovel is a bit off at the shoulder, was told it's an easy fix. There's a hole in the back of the brick layer. Lettering on bottom is hard to see but there's an M 1 visible. Being close to 140 years old, it's in pretty okay shape. Made by the Shepard Hardware (previously the Shepard Iron Works) Company in Buffalo New York in the 1880's. Great find, flaws and all.
