This saddle has a 15.5 inch smooth leather bicycle type seat. It is tooled with a simple border pattern. The conchos are engraved with a flower pattern. This saddle does come ready to ride with a off-billet and tie-strap. The lining is clean and has no holes or wear spots. The stirrup leathers have not been cut though someone has punched a few extra holes. It does have nice wood metal bound stirrups. The tree is Rock solid. The horn has no wiggle or wobble.
